Sterilizzazione Laparoscopica
La laparoscopia è una tecnica chirurgica ampliamente utilizzata anche in ambito umano che ha rivoluzionato la moderna chirurgia.
La sterilizzazione mediante tecnica laparoscopica è un intervento molto meno dolorosa per il Vostro animale rispetto la tecnica tradizionale.
Il veterinario riesce ad eseguire questo intervento con solo 2 o 3 piccole incisioni della dimensioni di pochi millimetri, nel metodo tradizionale invece viene incisa la parete muscolare addominale per alcuni centimetri.
Oltre al minor dolore, anche i tempi di recupero sono più brevi così come è minore il rischio di infezione della ferita.

Infine la possibilità di un servizio 24 h su 24 e la disponibilità ad eventuali visite domiciliari rende unica questa clinica.A distanza di tre anni dalla mia recensione voglio aggiungere, per la mia esperienza, che non sono sufficienti le stelle disponibili per ringraziare il miracolo fatto dai dottori della clinica, in particolare il dr. Mario, il dr. Nicola e la Dssa Francesca sulla mia cagnolina anziana Chicca. Arrivata in pessime condizioni per una enorme massa tumorale ulcerata e sanguinante alla mammella è stata sottoposta, il 19 maggio, con successo ad un delicatissimo intervento chirurgico che le ha restituito la sua vita ricca di passeggiate e affettuose dimostrazioni di amore ai suoi padroncini. Leggi di piùI have had the joy of having pets for many years and, in my incessant search for the best for their care and well-being, I have found in the City of Spoleto Veterinary Clinic the happy combination of fundamental qualities in this area: professionalism, responsibility, availability and sensitivity. Just one year ago the Doctors of the Clinic, thanks to an emergency surgery, saved my Labrador; other times they supported me in the management of very sick or very old dogs and I felt they were all in profound harmony with my desire to fight to keep them clinging to life as long as it was a dignified life; because life is still sacred and its protection deserves struggle, dedication and sacrifice. Faced with issues that required the support of specialists (in my case, among other things, the execution of echocardiography for a dog that actually did not have heart disease but that previous veterinarians treated and cared for as such by virtue of inadequately performed tests/diagnoses ) or which in any case were not of their exclusive pertinence (I am thinking, for example, of the delicate issue of nutrition) I also found in them that professional "suspension of judgement" and that intellectual humility essential for growth and for establishing a relationship of trust. meno - 1/02/2023

Leggi di piùWhile another of our pets is leaving us, while Christmas is upon us, I would like to thank Dr. Dimarcantonio, Dr. Simone, Dr. Bartoloni and all the staff of the City of Spoleto Veterinary Clinic for the care, attention and empathy towards our friends. We as an association welcome elderly, abused, sick, disabled animals who often bring pain and suffering that need time to heal. And we don't always arrive on time. They have all been treated with professionalism and loving participation but above all our vets have always - and I always stress - known how to guide us along the path of treatment, with respect and without persistence they have known when to insist and when to interrupt to let them go with dignity. I am convinced that without their precious help everything would have been more difficult for us and for our furry friends and having the certainty that they will still be there for our catorcetti is a great thing for us. Really competent doctors who work with passion, empathic with animals and sensitive, precise with the owners. In January 2022 they operated on one of my dogs for mastocytoma, and I couldn't entrust my friend to better hands.
